One Big Table

I recently had the pleasure of attending a One Big Table Potluck. One Big Table Potlucks are happening all over the country to raise money for America's Second Harvest, a hunger relief organization which is stretched to the limit helping people in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.
Some of the recipes from these potlucks will wind up in a cookbook by Molly O'Neill, former food columnist for the New York Times. I interviewed Molly in the hallway in between sampling the yummy potluck eats.

Thanks for spreading the word about how we can help to alleviate hunger issues in America which are even more pressing now with the disaster of Katrina.
