So I’m sitting on the floor text chatting with Jay Dedman who is at a mesh network conference in India and Brian Conley who is one of the guys involved in Alive in Baghdad. All this virtual travel is giving me jetlag!

Wise words from an international jetsetter:
To deal with jetlag, one must get sleep. Oh, keep well hydrated and take imodium along with you on your international virtual travels. Traveller’s diarhea is a pain to deal with no matter your mode of travel.
