Last week on Jonny’s Par-tay, Irina Slutsky announced a new project, The Winnies, to take place Saturday December 1, 2007. It’ll be a party celebrating DIY internet videomakers in that Sodom South of San Francisco known as Los Angeles. Love it, or hate it, it’s gonna happen (and personally, I think I’m gonna love it.)

i guess im one of those boring haters, eh?
this is not about pooping all over a party, and it is basically a party.
but a party can have many functions. it can send many messages.
why hold a party for videobloggers where we not only “give a nod to Hollywood”, but where we talk about girls popping up of cakes and having showgirls a la bikini-clad girls dancing (or something)?
sure, let me be the archetype of the hater, in this case, but I hope that during the coming days i will be able to make a good post w/video on dltq.org or evilvlog where i explain why i find this so insulting.
and YES, this is me. my description of my thoughts about this. it is far far from normative.
