This was shot at IndyHall in Philadelphia. The challenge: describe coworking in one word. People had a hard time with this, as coworking can be so many things. Plus I totally ambushed them.

Here’s my whack at it: coworking is the phenomenon of a bunch of people who decide to work in the same physical space, even though they don’t necessarily work with each other.

Coworking appeals to independent entrepreneurs, freelancers, telecommuters, and travellers who don’t want to be isolated, just because they work independently.

Coworking spaces have sprung up from Coast to Coast in New York, Philly, DC, Orlando, San Francisco, Austin, and beyond.
