I love sitting across from someone who nods off on the train. They make perfect models for a quick sketch. This is part of my ongoing series of sketches of people who are using mass transit. So next time you nod off on the train, you may be my next muse.

This is a watercolor I did that attempts to convey that feeling. It’s actually a feeling which I have evaded for several years. I’m trying to develop a kind of spiritual cup to protect my self from the cruel foot of fate.
